Servicing

Regular maintenance visits are essential to all sewage treatment systems and pump stations. Service visits help to check the system is operating correctly. This helps to prevent possible inconvenient breakdowns. All services are carried out by British Water accredited engineers, in accordance with British Water, the Environment Agency and the manufacturers guidelines.

Our service vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of spares including all filters, pumps, blowers, bearings and lubricants required to service different makes and models of sewage treatment plant. Any minor faults found during a service visit will be notified at the time and rectified if possible, following verbal instruction, thus saving the customer a second call out charge. Should a service visit find a major fault, you will be notified and upon your order we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

As part of our service visit we can recommend when plants need emptying/de-sludging so that they continue to work effectively.
